  2. We did not receive the Interact E-transfer within the 1 hour window after the instructions were sent to you


Solutions:

  1. If this is your first time sending us an e-transfer, there is a good chance that your bank may have blocked the transfer. You will need to call your bank's online support to verify your identity and to have your e-transfer pushed through 
  2. The name you inputted on our website and on the e-transfer need to match or else will not be able to accept your e-transfer
