These receipts are, naturally, opt-in. If you would like a receipt for each transaction, please enter your email address or phone number when the machine prompts you (after your transaction is completed).

If you did not get a receipt because you neglected to request one from the machine or there was an error, please contact us at help@localcoin.ca with the email title “ATM Receipt Request”. In it, please specify:






  • Location

  • Approximate time

  • Type and amount purchased (both in units of CAD and crypto)

  • Crypto address used (last 5 characters)

  • Tx ID (if you have it)
