What happens if I lose my card?

Lost or stolen prepaid cards should be reported immediately to TruCash Customer Service at 1-800-624-6171, Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Standard Time, or by automated Interactive Voice Response IVR service available 24/7. Any lost, stolen or damaged card, can be replaced provided it has been previously registered. Any available balance will be transferred to the replacement card (minus the replacement card fee).
